Collecting for a Cause

We are collecting a variety of things to benefit our community & congregation.  If you are interested in contrubuting to any of these causes please contact the church office for details.

• LCW collects money for food and for Christmas vouchers.
• LCW has a Penny Drive competition between the men and women of Bethesda
• Sunday School has a Penny Drive
• Youth collect ink cartridges for recycling.
• Youth pop can account at the recycling center in Cloquet.
• Evangelism baked goods, etc...

The Fishers of Men is participating in NewPage’s Magazine Collection Program as a fundraiser to allow us to “cast our nets” further and reach more people. NewPage will us $0.10/LB for glossy printed paper. The proceeds will be used to fund church projects and/or groups in need.

WHAT CAN BE COLLECTED:
Magazines
Catalogs
Shiny Newspaper Inserts (examples: Target, Kohl’s, JCP ads, etc.)

UNACCEPTABLE:

Newspapers

Plain/semi-gloss Newspaper Inserts (examples: Menards ads, Parade magazine Section, etc.)

Garbage

Brown paper or plastic bags (Must use the white NewPage Bags)Wet Material
