IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT FISH EITHER... 
Twelve participants and several observers gathered in the church kitchen on Saturday March 5th for the second session of venison sausage making for 2011. Despite some early challenges with equipment, the group made a total 218 lbs of sausage including: regular, cheddar cheese, and pepper cheese bratwurt,as well as hot Italian sausage.
